The experience was as usual when ordering online.
The experience was as usual with most vendors. The main reason for ordering one product was the cost. However my order expanded without my knowledge from one item to added items.

My skin became more wrinkled and dry
The only thing I liked was the scrub which I used once. All the other products such as the jawline cream, face moisturizer, eye cream did not moisturize my skin nor did I notice any improvement.. I had stopped using my organic hemp moisturizer in order to give this product a test. When using this product my skin actually became drier, had more wrinkles than before I started using the Genucel. Also, they have auto order which you have to cancel BUT THEY ARE ONLY OPEN 9AM TO 5PM WHICH MEANS YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE A VACATION DAY TO STOP ORDERS. They called while I was working and expected me to take time from a patient to talk with them. It appears their definition of customer service is the customer serves them. Now every month I will be paying money to ship back orders until I can get a day off to cancel this. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICE ON WEEKENDS EITHER. ONLY 9AM TO 5PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY. Rather convenient for the company. Appears the customer serving their needs again.

Misleading
Before I started to put in my information to order the product, the site explained that during check-out I could put in code, "GEN30OFF" at check out but during check out I was never given the option to apply the code, there was no where to type in the code. I was running late for work and wanted to get the order in for my wife's birthday. After this 1st order, I'll cancel future order because I felt this was dishonest.
