I had wanted to order for awhile, but was very put off by the order website. I especially did not appreciate being unable to see my invoice after step1. I lost confidence in your company and products. I thought there would be hidden charges because I could not see the invoice. I engaged your chat feature, and got no help there. I have been using another company's skincare products for a long time.....a "Dr," line...but the price and confusion of too many products forced me to find a new skincare line. I trusted the other company and always knew exactly what I was getting, and paying for. Your site appears too gimmicky, too full of cheap tricks, too flashy. I have ordered anyway....blindly....I will add to this review after I try the products for a while. Most of your clients are not spring chickens, and are not impressed with tricks and gimmicks. We are impressed with products that deliver, and will pay for them without hesitation if we trust the company and the products.

Really nice, easy website!

I started using these products three days ago and have not yet seen any results. Is there a time when I should start to see results ?

Overall a very easy and painless order procedure. Lets just hope it works!

PLEASE BEWARE! I had a bad skin reaction and notified the company. They told me to return the product for a refund. I shipped via UPS with tracking. Now I'm told that they refuse to provide a refund until I send them the UPS confirmation. I find this super annoying and a testimony of how they do not stand behind their fake product. Instead of doing their job, I would just share my experience to help others not have to go through this poor experience.

Easy to navigate and place an order. My only comment would be there is no way to opt out of auto ship until after. One must accept it to place an order when it would be better for someone to have to opt in instead

I have noticed an improvement in my skin just not at the rate others have reviewed on. It may very well be the fact I work in a shipping department with no air conditioning and having to wear a mask all day doesn’t help. My laugh lines have softened as well as my crows feet. I tend to have sensitive skin when it comes to facial products, I’m thrilled to say I have not experienced any problems!
