Since I'm technically challenged I think I was able to complete the order. Please check if you can it said 3 day free shipping which is great . Your Chat person was right there and very helpful.

Confusion in completing my order.
Once I placed my order and gave all order information, it remained on the ‘completing order’ page. It did not give me any indication that my order was complete, and/or did not receive a confirmation number. I had to seek help from a Representative through texting, that verified that my order did go through and that I would receive a confirmation within 24 hours. I was glad to know that. As a customer, I would find it more helpful to have received an order confirmation. It would have saved time as well. Thank you for your time.

I haven't even tried this product yet, and I think it' s wrong to force a customer to commit to an every two month automatic purchase before I can even get it into my hands.

Too Limited
They not only just sell TWO packages, you can't pick the products you want/need. Their products aren't cheap & I don't want to waste my $ on products I won't use. Suggest being able to buy items individually & have package builders, where you pick the products.

A bit deceiving....
Can't order just one product and give it a try, you must order a recurring automated package. Entire time I was trying to read about the products chat agents kept interrupting me....too high pressured sales and am not a fan of automated programs....I'll use another company...if you google the top 5 wrinkle and eye serums for 2020...this product is not listed.
