Fast delivery gets 5 ⭐s. I have used religiously since I received over a week ago with no results. I find the double sided card with directions confusing, as not all products are in the PKG. So I found the contact info on the website and asked if there be a video demonstrating how and what order to apply and have not received any reply. Zero ⭐'s for that. I have heard about these products for years especially the under eye product for bags, so I was very excited to give this a whirl. I sure would like some answers before I give up on it.

I’m really looking forward to trying this product but will be canceling as soon as my shipment comes in as I do not like automatic orders being shipped to me. I prefer to order when I choose to.

Not old enough to be a mom of a 14 year old?
I recently tried a month of Genucel. A new instructor to our school recently said to me “Please don’t be offended, but you don’t look old enough to have a 14 year old.” I’m almost 48. THANK YOU GENUCEL!

I went to the website to find out about…
I went to the website to find out about the "Buy two, Get two" offer and I couldn't find the information about it any where. So I tried to call to ask about it and I was on hold for 0ver 25 minutes... Your musac is terrible, by the way. So I went back to the website because I thought, surely, I must have missed it. I tried the chat but it's hard to stay focused when the person on the other side takes minutes to answer a simple question... I ended up ordering what I always order and I'll call when I've received the second shipment, before I'm even halfway finished with the first, and cancel my subscription again... You would think that a company that is so smart about what it takes to make our skin look beautiful, would know how to package and schedule deliveries more efficiently. Untill then, we'll just keeping dancing our little dance. Sincerely, An aggrevated but otherwise, happy customer

From my Point of View
I saw the ad for Genucel on tv one night last week and decided to look it up on line. I have been looking for a new eye cream in particular. I was amazed at how fast the package arrived. I used it for the first time last night and again this morning. I think it's a wonderful product and would recommend it to friends and family.
