Heard about it on Dan Bongino and made my first purchase. Fantastic product. I would never have chosen automatic shipments, especially with my first purchase but I just got $154.00 charge on my bank account. The lady I spoke with at customer service told me that I agreed to automatic shipments so it must have been hidden in the fine print. She was rude and impatient... almost as if she couldn't understand why I was upset. She supposedly emailed her manager and they will remove the charge but that doesn't do me any good today. The product itself is amazing and I would probably be a customer for life (and I usually switch beauty products constantly so that says a lot) if it weren't for what I consider deceptive practices.

In support of Dan Bongino show, I bought the Genucel in April 2021 and I didn't select the auto shipment because I wanted to try the products first and see how effective they are before I would consider buying the products on the need basis. To my surprise, 28 Jun they charged me $194 to my credit card for auto shipment. I have not even started using the products I bought in April and now there is so called auto-shipment of products sending to me soon. I called my bank to dispute this unauthorized charge. I wrote to Chamonix and they said can't do the refund, but to offer company credit. This is totally ridiculous. How can a merchant use this kind of tactics to meet their sales target? This is totally unethical and scarring off potential customers. This is so dishonest and I will never be forced into this kind of scheme. So, when you think of ordering this product online, be sure you check and triple check (which I did) and they can turnaround to tell you that you did select auto-shipment which I know I did not.
