Terrible experience. Suit didn’t fit, and then when I went to return it they tried to get me to commit mail fraud by falsely claiming the item as less than it was, so that they can avoid customs. They then tried to bill me for sending the suit back to Turkey after giving me a US address to send it to. Don’t recommend these guys.

A one star is too high with my experience first I ordered the suit and sent my measurements and it got a refund. I still don’t know the reason after that I re-order the suit picked my measurements again and they emailed me and said it was going to be here at a later date and confirmed it a day leading up to it. They canceled my order and said they have nothing in stock anymore but the suit is still on the site.

real poor return and bad custoemr service. Purchased pair of shoes looked great on pics but when received, porr quality and fit very poorly. initiated return, had to ship to Istanbul pay $70 for shipping, still waiting for refund -team is not responsive avoid this site.

I have purchased shoes from this company and would possibly buy sustancially more if they showed any signs of good business practise. I purchased a pair of shoes from this company, the shoes come up way too big, I have emailed over 20 times without the courtesy of a reply to arrange an exchane for a smaller size. They are not bespoke you supply a size and they arrive albeit weeks later.

Bought a suits based on the sizes that provided by their store, nothing fit ,way to small,quality is really bad for $500.00,can buy way better material quality at express for half price,after contacting for replacement or refund no response for 2 weeks
