Refuses to refund lost parcels even when courier admits fault
Avoid Gentleex. Courier admitted they delivered my parcel to the wrong address/lost it, but Gentleex refuses to refund me. They are demanding I go to a post office to get a "certificate" to prove I don't have it. Unacceptable service

Buongiorno, Vi sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto in questo ennesimo sito di DropShipping. Pagamento effettuato verso un conto in Hong Kong di euro 75,28 di cui 10 di spedizione, spedizione per altro durata dal 16/10/2024 ad oggi 8/11/2024 Ho acquistato esattamente due felpe mi sono arrivate due felpe completamente diverse dalle immagini che avevo visto nel sito. Materiale scadante e taglie sbagliate. Fortunatamente provo a comprare su questi siti per sensibilizzare tutti coloro che vengono attratti con pubblicità ingannevoli. Spero che un giorno questo mercato falsario verrà bloccato. Evitate di comprare da questo sito !!!!!
