Originally it wasn't too good. But this company has regained themselves. There's a guy taking care of a piece of my roof that was coming off. So they have totally won me over. I'm impressed that they're doing this. This is true customer service. Thank you so much. Gensun.

I recently called GenSun for an estimate to replace the roof on my home as it has been on “borrowed time” for quite a while. Compared with estimates from 2 other companies, Gen Sun was THOUSANDS less. In addition to the pricing, the customer service was just best of the best. Written and clear estimate, everything explained in detail, texts messages before the day of service explaining everything that was going to happen and when, and a guide on how to prepare my home. If all of that wasn’t enough, Gen Sun is a very generous company that truly supports its community. Will be recommending them to all of my clients going forward.

His assistant Lynn is amazing and I am so glad I went with this company. The crew arrived in time, was very professional, didn’t try to upcharge. Everything is so detailed from the quote to the pictures of the boards they replaced to certificate at the end. You will not regret using this company. Very reasonably priced and worry free from start to finish!
