Genix Flooring - Best Floor Selling AgencyReviews of genixflooring.com

Kevin has offered great service every time I've worked with him and always checks in when he says he will.

Kevin Kite was very responsive and was easy to reach. He gave us a great price for the tile. Would highly recommend.

Kevin with Genix Flooring is an ultimate professional. He assured me that the tile that I was in need of was still a stock item, even though the original purchase was long ago. My project is now complete - and seamless - thanks to Kevin.

I was nervous about ordering from Genix in Dec 2025 because their prices were so low, thinking maybe they’re second rate quality tile or even a scam. I had never heard of them before and found them on a google search for the tile I wanted. I checked BBB and read lots of reviews and talked to 2 different sales people, they convinced me they were legit, they are able to offer such low prices because they don’t have huge beautiful showrooms and sales associates to pay, they do everything over the internet and by phone. I decided to go for it and am glad I did. To save on S&H they offered to ship to a local warehouse for me to pickup. The order arrived early and in great condition. The tile was first rate. I’m very happy with the experience and the quality of the products so I won’t hesitate to use Genix again in the future.

Perfectly as described. Thank you

Great online tile purchasing option, as I live in a rural area and this made it so much easier! I contacted DaTile for samples then found this company through ChatGPT and it worked well! Good communication and so far we have found no broken tile on our shipement.

This company was reputable and able to provide me a product that I had a hard time finding! I recommend their services.

Awesome customer services and professional staff makes you feel welcome shipping a little slow but overall very good services. Thank you.
