Great quality but my favorite 1/2" Deep and Shallow impact socket set is out of stock

I am anxious to see the quality of your tools . Only problem I had was your web site purchase would not let me use my American Express Card . Hope the tools are as good as they look . Joe

we are pleased with the tool . you mailed it February 25th and we just received it today, March 7th. Not your fault that the shipping is slow.

I prefer made in America products! My experience with Genius Tool has been pleasant. I haven't had the tools long enough to rater their durability.

Everything was fine except for the fact that I never received an acknowledgement of my order. The order arrived promptly and was correct. But I would like to have known that you actually received it.

My order arrived quickly, and item seems of good quality. I would rate 5 stars other than the fact I had ordered a quantity of 2 but only one item arrived. I was not informed ahead of receipt of item, that my total order would not be fulfilled. I needed to contact customer service to find out why. CS did respond very quickly, and informed me that only one was available and the second was not sent because they were out of stock. I did get refunded for the cost of the second item, and half of the shipping fee which I felt was appropriate.

Very nice looking quality sockets the only thing really I have about them there was some kind of mix up they took the money out of PayPal but I never received a shipping email so finally call them she said it was just sit there we got that Took care of and I had my order quickly there shipping is a little to high to

Tool ordered works as advertised. Bought 8mm counterpart as result.
