I made an order before checking the bad reviews which was probably unwise but the bad reviews have all been proven to be correct . They are harassing me by email and phone stating my card payment was declined and they wish to talk to me about alternative payment or the order will be cancelled . I have answered every email to these morons that I am relieved the payment has been cancelled and that I have contacted my bank to make sure it never becomes a transaction. Its like I and my comments don't exist with a mail received and answered every day. They are relentless to get through to talk to me with incessant repeat messages and calls. I was wise to use a defunct mobile number so this does not trouble me but it would have if it was my main number. . My recommendation is to give a wide berth to this site. The goods must be as poor as their customer service and spam methods of selling

I am new user of genericdoctor and I was impressed with the way customer service handled my concern. My credit card was denied by their system though I have enough funds on the account but they have explained to me the reason why (which until now I still cannot figure out how it happened) so I agreed to use echeck. The rep explained how it works and she provided me bonus pills which was kinda new to me. I received a call from the bank and answered all the questions and the payment was approved right away. I would like to suggest if they can have a better payment method or process? Plus, fix the website too so that it will be easier to use. Still, bravo to you guys!

made a purchase on the Feb 2, got the pack exactly 8 days later as promised. i had to tal to the Customer service a few times but it was worth it. couple of times to verify my order and confirm payment details. and then i had to call to make sure my pack was shipped. they were honest and did above and beyond to make sure i'll get my order.

I ordered a product (tadalafil) that looked real and was well-packaged but was totally fake and inert (i.e., no effect). I suspect they understand they're not providing a real product. I recently read how there is a whole industry around producing authentic looking pills that have absolutely no active ingredient. I was so busy I never ended up charging back the order. I guess that's their business model. Anyhow, caveat emptor!

After I chose to not complete an order, Generic Doctor called me 3 times and sent me at least 3 emails. I responded via email, stating that if they called me again, I would give them a bad review. They called AGAIN! and emailed me again! I am keeping my promise and giving them a bad review. Don't deal with this company, unless you don't mind being harassed!

I haven't gotten the meds yet, so I cannot judge them, but when I tried to pay with a credit card I got a call from the company saying they were unable to process it, and I would have to pay by echeck instead. This despite the fact that I offered to use another card, or call the credit card company to preauthorize the charge. I read another reviewer who said they did the same thing to him. So they clearly, for some reason, only pretend to take credit cards, but make you pay by echeck.

I ordered "Tadalafil Professional tablets, valid for 24 months". The order was placed at the beginning of January, they called me immediately, talked to me very politely and friendly and off course, my credit card was charged immediately, but after that, I did not received any e-mail or shipping details for more than a month. I called them a few times (from Europe) but every time got the same reply – be patient, the parcel will arrive soon. When I finally received the parcel at mid-February, I noticed that I was cheated, I got wrong tablets, which were produced DEC 2012, (more than 2 years ago), and expired date MAY 2015 (in their website it is clearly mentioned – valid for 24 months). I contacted them by e-mail, but no reply, I called them, they ask me to send photos of the tablets as a proof, and they will decide what can be done. I called them more than 20 times from abroad, I asked them for refund, but they would not refund my credit card, I agreed to give them a chance to send me the correct tablets, with validity as promised, but did not get clear answers. Now, 4 months after charging me, my conclusion is that the only purpose of the company behind the website genericdoctor.com, is to cheat and still money for innocent people, and send them tablets that would have been thrown into the trash. During my many telephone conversations with their representatives I heard so many excuses, too many stupid replies, making me feel as a fool that can be manipulated easily, till I will give up, and compromise with the loss of payment. I hope they will loss also, many potentially customers

Before I ordered here, my main concern was if this place is real. I read other reviews, and still was a little bit nervous. I just got my 25 mg clomid today, so thus they are real. It took about 3 weeks to get and about a week through customs in NY. I know you probably think this review is written by an Indian worker. I have a facebook, I am an American mother, I have an email I will provide if you need more confirmation and I will verify myself. Just make sure you pay the extra money to track your order. It took about a week to get a shipping tracking #, a week in customs, and a week to get from NY to CA. My order was correct and I had no problems with this pharmacy. I wouldn't trust any other online pharmacy now I know this one is real.
