Order not delivered, they took weeks to ‘check with courier’ said it was delivered…it wasn’t. Stated they can only refund once they get money from the courier. Finally agreed to refund…nothing received and now not responding. AVOID!!!

Ordered a bracelet from them ,it came on time ,but not what I was expecting. Pretty cheap looking and my picture of my beautiful cat that died isn't very clear ,and any dirt that gets in you can really see it .Deffinatly not worth the money. And I was really looking forwards to getting it ,because my cat died and I wanted something special to remember him by

Ordered a bracelet on December 10th and it is now January 26th. Virginia said they talked with their logistics department on on January 5th that the bracelet should be delivered in a couple of days, which it hasn't. Since then, she won't respond to my emails. DONT ORDER

This is a scam I ordered a ring back on 27th november 2025 and it is now 26th January 2026. Still no ring i have emailed and contacted via their Instagram and they left me on read after the second time I wrote to them. They haven't agreed to a refund and wont reply to me. Don't order from them its a scam and a waste of money and time.

Awful in terms of postage. The time from order to delivery is ridiculous. Product has been with delivery company for over a week. Abysmal. Avoid

I ordered a product on November 30th. Customer service assured me I'd receive it on December 17th. Today is the 24th, and I still haven't received anything. It was a Christmas gift, and I won't be able to deliver it because of you. Terrible customer service (Virginia Customer Service Manager) and terrible shipping. I will now ask for a refund.
