He kindly gave me additional details and sent me additional photos of the bracelet. He patiently and promptly responded to all of my questions. While making a large purchase online can be concerning, communicating with Joe and researching other reviews made me confident in my purchase. Joe and his team really strive to provide excellent customer service, and that was evident in every step of the process. When I wanted a clasp modification, Joe was willing to accommodate my request to make this bracelet exactly how I wanted. Wow what service I chatted prior to ordering and was answered very quickly. I also had an issue with the timing on getting the ring and had nothing to worry about there either. Ordered the ring and was sent updates about the shipment. Christine also emailed me to let me know the ring was shipped out. Received it today and OMG what a beautiful ring. Had to share My amazing experience here with Joe and his team. We found him from a Instagram video about watches so I scheduled to go see him in LA and brought my girl with me he was one of the nicest and most honest jewelers I met and wasn't like those pushy jewelers I ended up buying a Rolex from him and to top it off he gave us such a good deal on a diamond tennis necklace that we bought that as well even though had no intention at all for that. Just had to come here and share this with people because I read lots of reviews about Joe but had the pleasure to actually meet him in person and he is the real legend here. Forgot to mention I needed some small hoops for my daughter and he didn't have it so he sent me to a gold factory down the street which only sells to wholesalers but he let me buy because of Joe so so happy I met you Joe and can't wait to do more business God bless!
