Jocelyn was great. She answered all my immediate concerns and helped me integrate Gem box with Shopify. I was under the impression this was going to be a massive ordeal and a complicated undertaking. However, she walked me through the steps and effectively made my experience easy to understand. She helped me understand how I can optimize Gembox to work in my favor and according to our business needs. She provided amazing tips to help improve the quality of our pictures And ultimately help increase our sales overall. She was extremely helpful, patient and I greatly appreciated her ongoing assistance on the matter. And I look forward to contacting her if any questions/ concerns or issues arise.

Of course their Gem Light Box and Gemhub software are industry leading in jewelry photography. And when you need support, there is no one better. I reached out to support, got an email within a day, and was on a video call with them a day later. 100% customer centered company.

Sales and support staff have been wonderful! There is always a very quick reply to support questions. We just had a great call with Kristine and her colleague. They were able to answer all of our questions.

Marius from Picup Media was excellent to work with. Answered all of our questions and ensured we received the right product for what we needed. The ease of use with their integrated system has really enhanced our in-store photography. Highly recommend

Very helpful and friendly. Made me feel at ease and were most understanding

Very helpful staff, especially Jocelyn. She had helped me many times with her excellent professionalism. I am very satisfied with all the team , although Jocelyn remains my favourite and always my first choice. Thank you for all your help!

Kristine answered my email quickly. When I couldn't connect at that moment, she was flexible and sent me a Google Meet link. She again answered right away. She solve my issue in a friendly helpful way with patience. Thank you!

Charles was an extremely patient, extremely knowledgeable guide through some extremely (for me) confusing issues dealing with learning how to set up and use our new GemCam. Some of my questions were easy to answer. Some called for navigating a series of screens and pages and were not at all obvious. Whatever the issue, Charles was a superb guide and was a credit to your organization.
