I just finished a training session with Kristine Villa and she was exceptional. Not only was she proficient in conveying the information I needed to begin using the Gemlight equipment, but she was very patient and answered my questions in great detail. Obviously her knowledge of the Gemlight Pro is extensive as she knew immediately how to guide me to the information I needed to answer my question. Simply put Kristine Villa is a ROCK STAR!
