GemIQ - HeadquartersReviews of gemiq.com

The GemLightbox team (especially William) is well versed in the jewelry/diamond industry needs. They gave us multiple demos of their tech free of charge and let their product do the talking. After receiving the box I had trouble figuring out how to take photos the same way as the GLB sales team. I reached out to Will and received an immediate response along with a quick fix to my lack of photo taking skills.

Brilliant technicians - quick to respond with a great finishes product

I am happy with the GemLIghtbox and the retouching services overall. In particular, Jacky Yu has been very helpful and attentive with my retouching requests, always wanted to make sure I am satisfied with the results and services. Thank you.
