I contacted Jocelyn for the turntable plate issue in the Gembox, and she's extremely helpful to me! She's willing to spend her time to make video testing with the Gembox and GemCam to help me deeply find out the cause and solutions for my problem, and she's really active and quickly responded to my issue. Kristine was amazing! She helped me unbox, setup, and test the Gem LightBox. While, also assisting in dowloading the app and testing everything with the video and picture settings. Looking forward to working with her again soon, after playing around some more with this amazing tool.
