Please DO NOT WASTE your money on this product. It is truly a HIGH PRICE SCAM. I made the decision to try this product because Dr.Oz invented it, Kelly Clarkston, and Oprah supposely got great results. I wanted to try something that would curve my appetite because of my bad eating habits of sweets and only eating once or twice a day. After the first 30 days with no results I requested a refund as per the website stated 100% money back guarantee even on used portion. After my request of a refund I received a email that there was international shipping fees, restocking fees, and will be charged for the used items.I waa also given the option of receiving 15% back and to keep trying the product because it will begin to work after 30days of the product working with my metabolism. I opted for the 15% because it was less headache and I wanted to believe in this product. I have been taken this product for two months now and have lost a total of 1 pound. I should have known better to try getting quick results for hundreds of dollars. Shame on me.

I would give it a negative 5. I tried to get a refund but they gave me the runaround for months. They way they handled the situation, it made me questions the safety of the product, so I chose not to use it due to my other medical conditions. I never got my money back. Complete scam. The product does not curve appetite. Asked for a refund and they are only willing to refund 20%. Product is well over priced. Talked with customer service and they tried offering me some kind of 3D Action Plan. They also said that for the product to take full effect that it needs to be taken for at least 3 months. Well that would be my full supply of product. They don't want to actually grant their 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you want the full refund you have to pay yourself to send it back to them. So paying more money out of your pocket again. Very poor product and not worth buying. Wish I would've looked up reviews before purchasing. This company is making money hand over fist from everyone. They should be reported to BBB. Sad they can live with themselves selling this to people. Oh and when purchased I thought I was paying $321 in Canadian dollar when here it was USD which worked out to well over $540 Canadian. So frustrating. This site is not honest at all. Update. The company has finally approved to give me a 40% refund which I have not received yet but this 40% refund come from me getting very frustrated and mad in emails before they would agree to give me it. Im still not happy but I will take what I can get back from them. I still wouldn't rate the product or the company any different. The product still a scam and so is the 60 day money back guarantee.

I rec'd my order April...it was incomplete...i tried product DAILY....absolutely zero results...called your co may 28 to explain and receive refund....afterward, I got the run around....FINALLY, I can get only 75% (they wanted to give 30%) refund! Sleazy, considering your advertising say "100%Guaranteed" returns! I want ppl to know this before trying...

I have to admit that I ordered gelatide before checking Trust Pilot, I have received the product today and then I went on Trust Pilot to check, after seeing all the negative reviews I decided that I would write the company who handles the orders and the shipment of the product namely Buy Goods, and requested a refund, I immediately got a response which asked me to return the product, they accepted the return but wanted me to pay for the shipping cost. No way was I going to do that, since I bought this going through PayPal I wrote to them and made a complaint and they judged it in my favor and I am getting a full refund without having to return the product. So I guess I'm warning everyone not to buy the product but if you do and are not satisfied do like I did do not accept the return and having to pay for the shipping especially for me and being in Canada shipping to the US it's even more expensive. I'm glad that I was dealing with PayPal which is a lot easier to handle such a thing I just did not expect to have it done so fast. So it's a one star for the company that makes the product but a five stars to PayPal for having giving me my refund in full.

Gelatide drops are a complete scam. They didn't help me lose 1 pound in 3 months! I used it exactly as directed and never missed a day. Of course in order to know if it's working and giving it a legit try then it's too late for a refund. And the taste is so sickenly sweet its almost unbearable to get down.

I was in email contact with Aline Carvalho who used one excuse after another to not honor the refund. Once I got my credit card company involved, they refunded it all. But the weeks of back and forth & stating things like, 20% restocking fee, no refund for taxes paid or bottles opened was the reason this company and all who represent it are a FRAUD.. Dr Oz and the other big celebrities are too unless they were all AI generated in the infomercial. Aline Carvalho & Gelatide ought to be sued for the rash of lies, false promises & trying to keep my hard earned money when I returned it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It wont work and they won't honor the money back guarantee.
