I ordered 3 bottles of Gelatide for $224.34 and after using 1.5 bottles, I experienced no weight loss or improvement in energy or well being. The ordering website promised 100% Satisfaction or your money back within a 60 day period, so I followed their return and refund request policies, and after numerous emails back and forth with two different representatives, their final offer was to refund $29, after billing me for two opened bottles and a 20% of total purchase restocking fee. Didn't seem like a 100% Satisfaction guarantee to me. Even their FAQ site said "Gelatide is backed by an unconditional 60 day guarantee." Don't buy this product, but if you do, good luck with trying to get a refund.

The marketing is misleading. The pink gelatin has nothing to do with the drops. I bought 6 bottles. I live in Canada so it took 2 weeks to receive. I started to count the days when I received the product. By day 49 I decided to ask for a refund. I was told I was 3 days too late because they start the 60 day count from day shipped. That seems unfair to begin with. My argument fell on deaf ears. So the miracle of losing weight quickly is false. I was told that it can take up to 6 weeks to even see any progress. By then, the warranty is over and you get the run around like I did. It’s an expensive investment and even more expensive lesson. Go throw your money off a bridge or flush it down the toilet because all the hype is a scam.

I've used the Gelatide program for over 2 months. I've seen little or no weightloss. I've even seen the videos at least twice. I've been unable to locate an address that I can email to return the product.
