BEWARE of this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have been trying to return my order due to doctor's recommendation to stop taking. I am within their 60 day return policy. They make themselves sound so obliging "If you're not completely happy for any reason, just let us know — and we’ll refund every penny, no questions asked." LIE LIE LIE. I have been fighting with them for 3 days. I have repeatedly quoted their policy to them and they completely ignore and won't give me an RMA number. WHICH BTW they don't even mention on the Return Policy page. They tell you to write a note with name and and order number and they gladly return you money. Yeah -- follow those instructions and you'll really loose. They'll claim you didn't get an RMA # and you are out product and money!! These people send these "empathetic"emails telling you the BURDEN to return (postage costs, time to take to the carrier, etc) and then offer a crappy small amount money to be credited to your account immediately to make you go away. NO WAY -- THIS IS DECEITFUL, FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING. THEY HAVE TO HONOR WHAT THEY PUBLISH. They are not allowed to change the rules after you purchase then steal your money!! They're giving people a false sense of security of thinking you have this 60 day guarantee and if you don't like it "for any reason" "no problem getting every penny back." That's what I thought and now it's a nightmare. I WILL FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT. I know the rules!

This product gave me diarrhea. The first day I used it and on the subsequent 4 days it became worse. I finally was told I could call my credit card and dispute it which I did. I discontinued the product but a week later I am still having digestive issues which I have never before had in my life and I am an ad.vanced age elder. I went to my physician and showed the bottle to her and you can check to see if I actually did this

I am so glad I checked the reviews first (I always do)… I went into the checkout page out of curiosity and to purchase 3 bottles @ £29 and get 3 bottles free, it was asking me to pay £189. Now, I did leave school a few years ago but my maths wasn't that bad.. RED FLAG 🚩🚩🚩

She said these were FDA Approved! No there Not, thats a lie. and look at the ingredients! NO Resveratol, no Vitamin C, No Korean Gelatin, and No PDRN! SCAM!

I haven't even received Galegen so far. Buygoods is giving me the a run around about delivery. 'BUT' upon looking into this product, I FEEL LIKE A FOOL. Im smarter than this. I want a refund!!!! They scammed me out of 2 orders back to back. My orders were a complete mess. They said on my first order my Credit Card denied the transaction, so I paid with a second Credit Card. While that transaction went through,,, they charged my first Credit Card for a smaller transaction that got approved .. so now I have 2 orders they won't refund so far . Please can someone give me some advice on how to deal with this ? Im a 65yr old Lady on disability, I've suffered 2 strokes recently and recovered. I have many health issues. I JUST WANTED SOMETHING TO HELP ME FEEL"PRETTY" . INSTEAD I FEEL STUPID AND OUT $700.00. IM SUCH AN IDIOT

Just more AI BS. Give me a break, the dermatologist is "Dr. Pimple Popper?? :--). I am glad I checked for reviews first and found this is a scam. With these interwebs direct sales videos I find a direct correlation between the length of the video and the falseness of info.

I'm glad that I decided to check reviews of this product as it sounded so convincing. After watching three of the top posted videos, I realized that the different testimonials with different faces and voices (two were the same "woman") they ALL had the SAME script. The comments were VERBATIM. Probably hired and paid for by the company. OR generated by AI as I was wondering since the voices had the same inflection at the same places. Come to think of it, so did the product video as the vocals sounded artificial.

Like others, gave it a 1 star so that I could review. This "protocol" is being touted by many companies. BuyGoods ended up with my order. Once I realized there was no glysine, no proline, no salmon DNA etc in the product, as mentioned in the video (shame on you Jenna Bush!) I asked for a full refund - which they CHEERFULLY did with no hassles involved. Just had to send back the 3 bottles (1 which was empty) but still received the full refund VERY quickly. The videos are ALL a scam. S C A M!! AI AI AI! I fell for it, too, but was lucky enough to get a full refund.
