This is the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever had to experience, Their client hit my car and since calling them they have kept me on hold over an hour and hung up on me when I would ask for a supervisor. Would say they are going to email me but never do , the accident happened on the 09/14 and between them and the police I’ve been getting the run around it’s Oct1 I’ve been hung up today four times . I can’t get my car fixed because they won’t do their job . Don’t trust these people get a lawyer because that is my next step . The customer service is no where to be found period . I hope this help someone else because I wouldn’t even want them to insure me at this point , would they give you the run around if you were their client?

Geico customer service agents, Kelsey and Chloe, and a customer service agent who mumbled his name just lied through their teeth. I am a disabled senior citizen. I recently renewed my renters insurance for coverage of my rental unit. Geico is the agency-agent for travelers insurance. My policy payment was mailed early, to travelers ins. I called travelers customer service directly to make sure the check payment was applied and confirm my policy would not lapse. Concerned that my check was lost, I made a online payment. I continued to call travelers and geico. I finally learned that they took two payments and had no care in the world. I found one service agent who agreed to reimburse me for the online payment, within 4 days effective 7.24.21. Yesterday, 7.26.21, they again agreed to reimburse me promising me it was set online according to Chloe. She assured it would be in my account by today 7.27.21. It was not. I called again and spoke with the inebriated male male who said he would help me, then transferred me April in Virginia. She placed on hold then said check was mailed yesterday. She referred me A Supervisor at my request (Jillian). She is in Buffalo. She did not careen ounce that I am elderly, disabled, and on fixed income. Shame you agents at Geico. I gave this company Ten zeros: 0000000000. She said the check is in the mail, but I will call you tomorrow. They doubled paid my account and had no intentions of telling me. Is it a crime to abuse elderly and disabled customers in the USA?

Trust everything you hear about how horrible this company is. Granted, they are an insurance company and could care less about reviews, so that gives reviewers the all clear to go in on them and just how bad they are. Horrible at everything from dealing with customers, lying claims adjusters who could care less about how something negative in the process affects you. Have approved locations for repair work but don't follow through on anything. Management who is non existent because they don't care. Period.

We had a vehicle theft. The claims department at Geico left us with 0 satisfaction. Out of 5 phone messages and 2 email messages, we received 2 replies. The 2 replies that we received were days after messages were sent. We received next to no information on how to proceed.

This used to be an amazing company, now they just are error prone and they waste your time.

You can tell the intelligent's of the company by there commercials. Maybe first or second grade. There still in denial. Reetards. They killed 900 million trees and haven't replaced one....

I'd been with them 5 years. Needed a tow and waited 4 and a half hours in the cold snow - they didn't keep me updated with cancellations and late contractors. I had to call every fifteen minutes. No apology - even from the supervisors. Abominable customer service. Run, don't walk.
