Geiana JewelryReviews of geiana.com

What started out as earrings for my birthday turned into a whole set (earrings...tennis bracelet...ring and necklace). I was in communication with customer service because I was concerned that the set would not arrive in time for my photo shoot. I was assured that it would be here and when I got home today I was very surprised to see everything was here. It was like Christmas morning! Everything was beautifully made. While I was in communication I found out that each piece is hand made when the order is placed, which is even better. There is not a stock warehouse holding these pieces. Very please with everything!

Have great customer service, they really satisfy to the customers needs and handle any problem at hand dealing with the their product .

I have purchased multiple items from Geiana Jewelry and have loved the quality of each piece. They take the time to send each item in high quality packaging, each piece is nicer looking and better quality in person than it is online, and their customer service was super helpful when I wanted to change my shipping speed. This is my go-to place for new sparkly things!!!!

I love the customer support had a small miss hap with My ring and Kevin helped resolve the matter and I now going to get the ring that I truly enjoy. What a great company very understanding. Will different recommendation it to my friends.

I’m the happiest woman on the planet. I received my rings in a very timely manner. When I opened the box, my heart was filled with tears of joy. This ring set is much more than I expected. The picture does not do justice. You MUST see the jewelry with your own eyes! Thank you to Geiana. You are the absolute BEST! YOU DID NOT DISAPPOINT❣️

Fantastic! I absolutely love my ring. I was gutted when it faulted after a while but they have sent me a replacement for free. Can’t wait to buy more from them, the items are just beautiful :)

I saw an ad on instagram and messaged this company directly with all my questions. And I had tons. Right off they were kind and super helpful. That meant a great deal to me. Customer service is everything. I found a wedding set with a diamond very similar in size to the one I had stolen from me. So I decided to go for it! I am SO glad that I did!! First off-I wear a 4.5. And they made it clear it would take a bit of extra time due to MAKING the ring. Making it! And secondly once it arrived-you can see why it is worth the wait!!! The details in my ring and bands are gorgeous. And carry all around the band without stopping. 👏🏼 The boxing and packaging is so cute! There is a ring polishing cloth-cleaning and care instructions. And it is all just pretty & fun to open!! The shipping and creating really didn’t take that long. I guess I ordered it and figured if it went more than 2 months I would message and ask. It never even came close to that. While my new set can never truly replace what I lost-the diamond is similar and honestly I love the style of this ring more!! But shhhh please don’t tell my hubby!!!! I enjoyed working with these wonderful people and will gladly do so again and again!!

For a fun jewelry website, the customer service team is excellent!!! Kevin and his team are prompt, informative and extremely professional!!
