Their Customer Service for long customers is terrible.
I have been a loyal customer for over a year, spending hundreds of dollars with this company. I accidentally renewed this month and reached out for a refund on Day 1 after only an hour of trying to even get the service to function. Despite my history and the technical struggle, they flatly refused.
Their services are 'decent' at best, but their customer treatment is bottom-tier. It is honestly disgusting how they treat long-term customers who have supported them.
Furthermore, their new 2026 practice of limiting paid memberships to 100 hours a month is a massive downgrade. I am finished with them. I’ve already told my friends to cancel, and I’m telling you: Do NOT give them your money. There are better alternatives that actually respect your time and your wallet.

GeForce Now - Steamcloud Problem

Cost more than a Gaming PC in the long run.
You forgot to add that for every subscription of Geforce Now, there is a monthly 100 hour limit to play time. I know there is the option to buy 15 hours increments at around $3, for if you run out. This is stupid. Really stupid! For those of us that sit at home, in our rooms, all day playing video games... that 100 hour monthly time limit gets used up in a matter of days, not weeks... Days!!! I would like to further note: even if you only play 10 hours a day, (not as serious a gamer as most of us), you would have to pay for more time within 10 days. I tend to play video games for between 10-15 hours a day, sometimes more! For someone like me, who already pays monthly for a World of Warcraft subscription, (roughly $15 per month), and uses the Geforce Now Performance Tier, ($10 per month for 100 hours)... That is already $25 per month spent just to play 1 game. For someone that plays for 10-15 hours a day, paying around $3 for an extra 15 hours, is ridiculously stupid. Buying 15 hour increments at $3, you would need to buy 6 of those for 90 more hours. ($18)!!! so rough estimate, that is about $45 per month just for 190 hours. When $10 gets you 100 hours per month per subscription on Geforce Now, but 90 extra hours costs almost double that... Within a couple years, that money spent on Geforce Now adds up to about $1000 or MORE!!! (depending on your gaming habits) (and when you have to pay a sub for the game you play)... Oh and Geforce Now sucks for mods /addons! The worst part is that before I subbed to Geforce Now Performance Tier, on their website it did not say anything about a 100 hour monthly limit.

1. They only allow top-ups of 15 hours, at an expensive price.
2. The tinniest internet interuption disconnects you and has you waiting 5 minutes.
3. Very few customizable options for visuals/graphics.
4. It just is shi af, doesnt work, non stop lagging and disconnections
