Quality & Unique Products With Stellar Customer Service !!!
When I saw an ad for Geeowl, I was impressed with the original, unique designs and what appeared to be quality work. However, I'd never heard of Geeowl. I proceeded to research this company. Thru my due diligence, I did not find any complaints against Geeowl and determined Geeowl had a high rating with the BBB. That's when I decided to place an order for my youngest Son's Birthday, who is a musician. I ordered the Baseball Cap with the Piano Design and the Personal Insignia. Upon receiving confirmation that he received his gift and was pleased with it, I proceeded to place an order for my oldest Son's Birthday, who is also a musician. Upon receiving his gift, he expressed gratitude and praise regarding how unique and personal the gift was as well. And the Customer Service...Wow !!! Competent, Courteous and Professional. When checking on the status of the orders, I ALWAYS received an acknowledgement of receipt and a prompt response followed with an update. And lastly, when my discount on my second order did not process, again Customer Service to the rescue !!! Geeowl, I am Glad to have discoverd your company !!! Pah-Leeeeeeeze continue doing what you are doing via your Products and Customer Service. I wish you Continued Success !!!
