Great products, but I especially liked the customer service
I've bought several products from Geeone, including the Destroyer. The thing I was most satisfied with was their customer service. I first placed an order for around $390, and later made another separate order for around $500. Since I placed them separately, I missed the discount I could have received if I had bought everything together. So I contacted them and asked if there was anything they could do about it. They were much more helpful than I expected, and most importantly, their replies were really fast. Every time I contacted them, they were friendly and actually tried to help instead of just saying no. I really liked that. I'm also happy with how they handle shipping and customs. I'm Korean and currently living in Europe, and when buying things internationally, customs and import procedures can sometimes be more annoying than the shipping itself. With Geeone, they take care of this part, so there wasn't much for me to worry about. As an international customer, I think that's a pretty big advantage. As for the products themselves, honestly, they're not cheap. They're expensive lol. I definitely thought about it for a while before spending this much money on what is basically a toy. But once I received the products, I could understand why they cost this much. The machining is really good, and when you actually hold them in your hand, the quality and finish are impressive. Now I understand why people call these high-end toys. They really do feel like toys for adults. One thing I would like to see is more affordable products. For someone new to this hobby, spending a few hundred dollars right away can be difficult. I think it would be nice to have more affordable options so people can try the hobby first, and then decide whether they want to move on to the high-end stuff. For me, though, I think it's already too late lol. I got into this hobby much more than I expected, and I'll probably be buying more products in the future. Overall, I'm very happy with both the products and the buying experience. When you're buying something expensive, the product itself is obviously important, but I also think how the seller treats you when you have a question or a problem matters a lot. In that regard, I've been very satisfied with Geeone, and I feel comfortable buying from them again.
