Geeks RootReviews of geeksroot.com

I found Geeksroot while searching for a company to develop a website for my new business, and was impressed by the clarity the team communicated to me before I chose them- I’m not tech savvy and they really made me understand clearly what would be included in our deal. Sid and Khalid worked on my site mainly, and they did a fabulous job. They understood exactly what my business needed, and created a site which looked similar to how I imagined, yet so much better. I had a child during the process, which meant I wasn’t as prompt as I’d hoped in sending the team content and getting everything done by the time I’d originally intended, and they handled this brilliantly- they were patient yet encouraging and organised which was exactly what I needed. I couldn’t recommend the team any more- thank you, thank you!

I am super excited to start using my website. Amanda and Sam were extremely patient with me and worked with me continuously to ensure my website turned out the way I wanted it to. There were some bumps but these were handled professionally and in the end I am happy with the product and service provided.

Thus far my experience has been great! Syed and his team have handled all my issues in a reasonable amount of time, and have suggested improvements to my design throughout the whole process

I have used them for creation my linguistics app and they were good. There were slight delays in final product but all in all I am satisfied.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! you have been warned! I wish I had read the review from 3 months ago. I hired them to make a website for me back in March, they missed every deadline, they are from Pakistan and you have to explain everything 3 or 4 times and they still don't get it right. Finally had to just give up on trying to work with them, they said they would give me a refund that was over a month ago and still nothing. I will be filing a formal complaint with BBB, please don't get scammed by this company.

Kevin Jones was phenomenal to work with. He was in constant contact of his progress through text. He didn’t hesitate on any of the changes I asked during the progress. I look forward to working with Geeks Root in the future for ways to expand my company.

Amanda was excellent at communicating in a timely manner and made herself available for discussion at our convenience. The quality and details of the work were excellent and we are very pleased with the outcome of the work.

I had a great experience!
