Fake Business - False Information
The listed address for this business is in California, USA. I called the business park and there is no such business there. I called the listed telephone number and discovered it a Pennsylvania number. This business is located in Russia, with Russian "tutors". The listed universities of the tutors are misspelled and misleading.

Terrible management
Terrible management, fake given details and fake trial lesson. They also tried to charge me about $470 extra. Horrible experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the chance to clarify things. First, we want to reassure you that the trial class was indeed provided free of charge, as promised. We’re also proud that your child completed several projects in Minecraft and successfully participated in 16 lessons with us. Regarding the charges, it seems there may have been a misunderstanding. You personally authorized the payment and were made aware of the terms from the start. Later, when you requested a refund due to personal reasons, we promptly refunded the full amount. We believe this shows our commitment to providing excellent customer service by accommodating your situation. To say we tried to charge you unfairly doesn't seem accurate. Your child completed 16 lessons, and you expressed your satisfaction with the experience. We provided access to your personal dashboard, detailed reports, and recordings of each lesson. However, it seems you now feel that wasn’t enough. We met all the terms as agreed, and we regret any confusion you might have had. If there are any lingering concerns, we’d be happy to discuss them further and work toward a resolution. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
