The company is Geekway LLC and the representative that took care of me was Victor. He was extremely knowledgeable of my problems and was able to fix my computer. I have a maintenance contract with a competitor who has a review rating of 1.3 and is absolutely a renowned retailer and extremely expensive. I was able to secure a senior package for two years at a reasonable price. Thank you Victor !! You are wonderful.
