No response
Honestly kinda forget about it until I somehow revisted the site: year 2020, after a month of order processing send mail and got no response, after 4 months of attempting any form of contact got nothing in return. Has been 2 years now order still "processing" and got no email from them. Highly likely to be a scam site would not recommend, support won't help you either.

Immer wieder Nutzerprofile, obwohl ich mich nicht registriere?!
Bekomme seit über einem Jahr immer wieder Mails auf meine E-Mail-Adressen, Klarname steht auch drin. Ich hätte mich angeblich dort angemeldet. Habe einen dieser Accounts nur "stilllegen" können, indem ich eine erfundene andere E-Mail-Adresse und Fake-Daten hinterlegt habe. Nun passiert das selbe Spiel wieder. Von MIR haben sie die Daten NICHT. Und ja, ich lese das Kleingedruckte, das ist nirgendwo anders durchgerutscht. Ominös genug, um da niemals zu bestellen.

Keine Gewährleistung, kein Support.
Das bestellte Smartphone kam nach ca. 30 Tagen an. Funktionierte auch erst einmal. Nach ca. 10 Monaten trat ein defekt auf, das Display funktionierte nicht mehr richtig(Ghost Touch). Gearvita hat auf meine Reklamation mit Beschreibung des Fehlers inkl. Video nicht geantwortet. Keine Chance jemanden zu erreichen. Im Endeffekt habe ich 340€ nach China verschenkt. Finger Weg !!

Do not use this site EVER...
Do not use this site EVER.... I have been waiting for Over 3 months for a set of ear buds that still have not arrived. I have emailed & called them repeatedly and still have not received a reply.

J'ai commandé une montre à 59 €
J'ai commandé une montre à 59 €. Ma carte de crédit a été débitée. Après 2 mois sans recevoir la marchandise je suis retourné sur le site et j ai constaté que m'a montre etait retournee dans le panier, sans avoir été remboursée et qu'elle était passée à 199 €! Aucune réponse aux différents mails que j'ai adressés. SITE D ESCROCS...A FUIR!

this company cannot be trusted
this company cannot be trusted. it will accept your payment and ignore repeated requests for info on shipment schedule and eventually my demand for a refund. for a measly usd 29.87?!!! there is just no excuse for this. never again!!!
