First of all shame on me for getting caught in this scam. These are cloned games, fake everything, cartridge (which was just an adaptor for a SIM card) case, label, everything. And they charge real game prices in an addition to taking weeks to deliver. Pretty good scam if you can get it.

This online storefront is selling counterfeit gaming consoles passing off as Nintendo. No attempt to indicate the product is clone. They are selling as if they were authentic Nintendo products. The worst part is that Shop from Shopify is allowing such illegal consumer practice.

Bought a copy of Pokémon Crystal, after I spent hours shiny hunting (and caught a few) my cartridge refused to save then caught fire and my GameBoy still smells smoky. Do NOT buy it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been requesting a return/refund for over 3 weeks. I have emailed/called/texted. Aside from that, it took them 2 weeks to process the order and I had to hound them for a tracking number. The conversation with them are pointless b/c they give the run around. I have been dealing with this situation since the beginning of December.

⭐ 1 star (if I could give zero, I would) I ordered Pokémon Yellow Edition from this company in early November, paid in full, and we are now in mid-January. I have not received the product, not received a refund, and despite sending multiple emails, no one has responded. There is absolutely no communication, no updates, and no accountability. At this point, I don’t even know whether my order exists, has been lost, or is simply being ignored. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable for a paid order. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I strongly recommend avoiding this business unless you are prepared to lose your money and be ignored.

This company takes your money and does not deliver your goods. Beware!!!!!! Update: received a replacement cartridge on January 21st that does not work. Avoid this business.

I purchased a 3DS cartridge for my husband for Christmas. On use, it doesn’t work at all and I’ve had no response from GSG to resolve this. £40 down the drain. Please avoid and don’t waste your money!!! In response to Gear Shifts reply to my review: your product states it’s compatible with Nintendo 3DS which is the device we’ve used it on. It’s clear they have no intention of replacing or refunding a faulty order.
