Hi there, We are truly sorry for the situation you have experienced. We always take customer's feedbacks seriously to improve our products and service. For your case, it is an international order being shipped to the Brazil which doesn't offer full tracking so the tracking will stop updating once it is transferred to the international carrier. We have some countries that don't have scans after it leaves USA & also list this guidelines clearly on our site and hope customers can follow this. Although of this situation, we had arranged replacement free of charge already on January, please kindly check your email inbox for further information.
