Absolutely loved it and it turned out awesome! My boyfriend loved it! Also, I paid for expedited shipping hoping it would arrive prior to Christmas and it arrived 2 days before! Very happy and will order again.

I have done my best to locate my package, and have come up short each time. I have emailed gearlit, I have called UPS, and I have called USPS. I have filed claims, tracked using the app recommended, and everything else. I have gotten no response from the emails sent to Gearlit. Additionally, I have no way of applying for a refund or even another order to be sent because they are not responding. Please beware before ordering. there are multiple cases on here of customers orders not arriving. Hoping to update with good news because I truly loved the product online. UPDATE: they did reply to my email and are apparently working on locating the package. I will update if anything comes from this. I do appreciate the response. UPDATE: Still no order or resolution. I have reached out regarding refund. Will update. UPDATE: My order came in today. WOW amazing customer service. Their replies were sometimes slow, but always within 30 hours (and considering it’s the holidays right now, I would consider that pretty fast). Great product! Customer Service team deserves a raise for sure!

I ordered 2 personalized Christmas Tree Ornaments and they are very cute. They are made of a thin lightweight metal and very colorful. Just like the photos.
