Great support. Fast response. Easy transaction. In October 2026, I used gearfocus to sell a high-end Sony Cyber-Shot RX 100 VII, valued used at approximately $1,500. I listed it at an attractive price and had a list-price offer within 2 days. Got the shipping label from gearfocus immediately, and shipped the item. Two days after the buyer received it, I got my payment! The entire process from listing to payment took less than 10 days. And I netted approximately $200 more than I was offered by online trade/purchase/retail sites. I did have a slight glitch at set-up that I reported to customer service. I got a call to resolve it and a confirmation e-mail within an hour. Really pleased with the support. Otherwise, setting up my account and item listing were easy and intuitive. I would highly recommend this site!

Gearfocus personally called me. Im floored with their detailed attention to my transaction. Here is how it went down: I Purchased item. Paid. 3 days later still no email or update. I got nervous. My spam filter had caught their emails. Seller had been out of country. Gearfocus has a team dedicated to resolving issues..they personally called..explained with grace and skill. Refunded in full. Only issue is im still searching for that good of a deal.. id spank seller... but gear focus proved they take care of business and I trust them for all future transactions. Thank you gear focus.

Its laid out pretty well, the transaction was smooth, shipping was quick and reasonable, and item was a described. I think most dealers on there are full time with a lot of brick and mortar stores listing so you're dealing with pros.
