I ordered a T-shirt from this site. My money was taken immediately and a couple of days later the product arrived. It had no tag, the image on the T-shirt was far smaller than what was advertised and the image itself was degraded, smudged, had missing elements and on some parts there were holes where you could see the fabric. I wrote about a return. I received their confirmation email that was followed by a week silence. I replied a couple of times asking for an update and still no response. Finally I used the live chat function on the site and somehow got to arrange, that if I send them photos of the product and the packaging they will send me a pre-paid label, which supposedly would not require me to pay for shipping, but I was not given any further information what to do with it upon writing a follow up email, because it was ignored. I decided to use the live chat feature of the site again, explained them my issue and asked: When will the label arrive? What am I supposed to do with it? Will I be notified when it gets shipped? How about when it arrives? Will it be at a personal address or at an office? How big is it and will it fit trough a mail slot? I was left alone for about 5 minutes then the person on the other end said "please hold" and ended the conversation. A couple of minutes later I received an email from a person, whose email address ended with shop.realmadrid.com, nothing to do with blizzard, who replied to the my previous emails saying that they have notified the logistics department about the return label. It is my honest opinion, that no one who values their money or is a fan of a single of their games should buy from this site. They will get your money, ship you a falsely advertised and damaged product and when you ask for a refund will ignore you and stall your times, so they won't be forced to give you the refund. I will continue to ask for a refund, because for such a low-quality product it was very expensive. Hopefully they won't stall and lie to me and actually give me the refund.

I placed an order four weeks ago. The money was taken immediately, but my order has yet to process or ship. I have attempted to contact their customer service six times since then, most recently to cancel my order and get a refund. They have never, not once, ever responded to me. It is very difficult to get them on the phone, and when I finally did get through to a representative, they had no idea what was going on on any level. They promised that I'd receive an email following up about my order within 24 hours. That was over two weeks ago. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud and I encourage anyone experiencing this same treatment to do the same. If they're having trouble handling orders they could at the very least communicate this, or communicate ANYTHING to their customers, not just ignore them completely.

This has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When asking a question in chat, I get unrelated answers in broken English. Also, when continuing conversations via e-mail and asking for an update on the matter, I get a duplicate copy-paste response or no response at all for weeks.

A few years ago I have ordered some merch and it did not came in time and even that i had to pay some extra money because of the delivery from another counter even they included taxes in price for shipping. Now we have ordered two collector’s editions for new WOW expansion and one book. The book come early but it was horribly damaged and no collectors editions. Thw support is so horrible and i wont buy anything else because of this experince. Thanks Blizz

What an absolute garbage customer service. I ordered a DF collectors box and it was delivered much earlier than expected. I thought “awesome!”, but then realized the box contained no game key. And THEN noticed my order is stuck on “unfulfilled” so no return possible yet. I have been trying to get hold of someone on all platforms (which seem inactive since January) for a week now, no luck. It’s like they don’t exist.

Bonjour, grand fan de wow et acheteur, depuis le lancement, des éditions collector, je me suis resigné à acheté sur le site "gear blizzard", la dernière en date, et bien passez votre chemin!! aucun respect pour l'acheteur, on achète un produit "de collection" avec un prix conséquent et on vous l'envoie dans une simple enveloppe plastique avec un pseudo papier bulle, résultat des courses, boite avec les angles enfoncés, les bords pliés!! terriblement déçu!! A ce prix et à la vue de la rareté du produit je m'imaginais un bon carton bien rembourré, bah non ca coute trop chers…. Il est loin le temps où on pouvait se procurer son édition collector à la Fnac du coin et pour 2 fois moins chers pour le même service… Pour la crédibilité de mon avis, je tiens à préciser que j'ai toutes les preuves/photos pour le prouver et je suis un joueur depuis la beta. Avec ce genre de comportement de la part de Blizzard je dois reconnaitre que la passion s'estompe...

They shipped my $150 collectors edition box with LITERALLY NO PROTECTION. They used a VERY thin cardboard box and my Collectors Edition arrived damaged.

Impossible de retourner un article (T-shirt) acheté sur le site : le formulaire de retour est introuvable sur le site et le mail de contact indiqué ne répond pas. Belle arnaque !!
