I submitted my Macys cards 4 days ago. Checked my card and they all now have a zero balance. I tried contacting them on the chat and Miles the bot keeps saying a love teammate will be with you shortly. I've been waiting for hours. Still nothing and I they are using a fake address on their site. Don't use this company. Bunch of scammers. Fix this or I'm sure you'll have a big class action lawsuit on your hands and maybe be someone's prison B*#?h. PRIMO-A80341-E7B1

Totally non-existent scam company or company front. After one AI generated response, with no action taken, I cashed in my balance on my card with CardCash. I submitted my card information to them and had my money directly deposited in 3 days. I still haven’t let GC Primo know that I went with someone else but I will. 16 days later there’s been no more correspondence from them anyways. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WITH THEM. This feels like a scam, my fault for not reading the reviews first. Although I shouldn’t have to be warned for a business to be ethical and fair . They wiped the balance from my gift card within the 2 day and it going on 6 days and I’m just getting back the robotic responses . Nothing getting done just playing games with me . Thai company is a scam!!!! They took my gift cards from Walmart...., $210 and haven't paid me yet either!!! I wish j saw these reviews before I went a stupidly trusted this was a legitame site; it has proven that is it not legitimate site at all. In going to be reporting this to the better business bureau and in suing them too!!!! I called their phone number provided, and it says it's not a working number!!!! So it is a scam!!! My ORDER NUMBER IS...... PRIMO-457856-8732 THEY TOLD ME I WOULD RECEiVE MY PAYMENT WITHIN 8 HRS ITS BEEN ALMOST 24HRS AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!

They ripped me off. Took the money and never paid a penny. The really messed up thing is that there is absolutely nothing you can do F u America. We let companies like this exist which is bull. I submitted a walmart giftcard 11 days ago and have not recieved my payment. I have contacted customer service several times and no one ever connected with me on the chat and the customer service number just gives a busy signal. They've been committing fraud since the company was founded. How do they even operate? If you're going to cheat your company, you should at least be slow. Instead of doing business properly, you're just researching ways to scam other people's cards. They give you a blank screen, and when you submit again, it's already been used. They blatantly swallow your cards. They'll make you submit one out of ten cards using various scams to get you to automatically or ignore them and ask for them back. The worst part is, I've figured out their scam methods. This garbage scam is going to continue, it's incredibly despicable. If you don't scam me, I'll just curse you a few times and then ignore you. They're not good at scamming, but they also want a good reputation. They act like prostitutes, yet they want to put on a show of upholding virtue. They say they'll handle it, but it's just a matter of a supervisor or manager. They'll just be watching you on the screen for a few minutes, and if you don't contact them, you'll go bankrupt and no one will care. Then they use all sorts of tricks to make you wait patiently, then they'll contact you, putting pressure on you until you lose patience and don't care anymore. That's their scam. This garbage company has been around for so long, you can imagine how dark it is. I don't believe there hasn't been a police report. 🤔 We have something to report here, but I'm not buying it anymore. 100% a scam, im at day number 25 of "still processing" judging by the number of reviews I'm not alone. Some fake name is emailing me to dragbit along but nobody is stupid. Its all just a big scam. Justin Cooper is the name in my emails .
