I uploaded a $200 Macy’s gift card 8 days ago. They took the money off the card within seconds. The website still shows step 1 (submitted) there’s been no updates or anything. The chat bot doesn’t work. No 800 number to call and the email gives generic answers. The website claims 8 hour turn around and here I am waiting at day 8 and nothing from them. Will be filing a BBB and FTC complaints about them if I don’t get my money by the end of the weekend.

It’s been 11 days since I submitted my gift card. The email correspondence has been bland. They keep saying it’s been forwarded to the dispute team. I’ve threatened a lawyer, which has given me advice and even called my local Police department to notify them of this scam.

I have them a 180.00 Sephora gift card and I’m still waiting to get paid. It’s been 29 days and still nothing. I have emailed this company 24 times and I get a auto generated response. This is a scam and I have reported this company to FTC, My State Attorney General’s office too. Next is to contact legal advice and small claims. This is the worst company to deal with. There is absolutely no reason it should take 29 days to Zelle the money. You have the gift card receipt and it’s legit. You stole the money from the gift card and refuse to pay me.

It’s been 7 days since my submission and I still haven’t received payment to my PayPal account. I’ve reached out several times and i immediately get an AI response agreeing with my disappointment and even displayed frustration with the constant neglect coming from the service department responsible for releasing payments. Tells me every day that my submission has been flagged as priority and that there will be a human contacting me within minutes but I get no reply back until the next day when I send another message wondering what is happening. The process starts all over again day after day. I’m convinced it’s a complete scam and will be taking action towards exposing it so they can’t continue stealing from people who are obviously in a jamb seeking some extra cash by selling their gift card in the first place. Adds to the evil in this world today in my humble opinion of course. Beware

Well here it is. 20 days submission and stil NO PAYMENT!!! Get me paid!! Here is the reference number PRIMO-F673FA-6DA9. We'll 3 weeks exactly and still NO PAYMENT!! FTC has be contacted and complaint has been filed. Do not use this site!!! Update. Site has been shut down and i still never go paid.

If I could less than a zero. I would. Order #(PRIMO-0E1C79-E635) I sold them a $50 GC for $35. Its been a month and still nothing. This is ridiculous. They took the money off the GC almost immediately though. They keep saying the same thing. Its in review. For a month???? Over $35. This is unacceptable. I will be contacting a lawyer.
