7Complete and total scam they ghosted me, I was lucky and was able to redeem my cards before they did once I caught on and read other reviews. This site needs to be taken down. They also have a fake address and phone number. Reply to reply: This is factual, I waited several hours. Plus other reviews are saying their cards were stolen after no response. Your phone number is fake your address you have listed is a law firm, this isn't fair to people who want to make a genuine trade. Return the money you stole from innocent people instead of ignoring reviews Warning to people reading reviews: with people complaining they did not receive their funds And this so-called company is responding with it with its successful from our side or they are still processing it this is a common scam tactic please do not be fooled .

We respectfully disagree with your statement. If, as you claim, you redeemed your gift cards yourself before we processed them, then GC Primo never processed or benefited from your cards. Calling our company a scam under those circumstances is simply not accurate. Our verification process only begins after submission, and if a card has already been redeemed or no longer has a valid balance, it cannot be processed for payout. If you believe there has been an issue with your submission, please provide your reference number so we can review it. Otherwise, making serious allegations without a completed transaction is unfair to both our company and our customers.
