I posted my gift card almost two days ago and I have reached out to chat numerous times with generic answers from AI promising that a supervisor will be in contact with me in any minute now but it's been lies after lies after lies I want to cancel my card and do business somewhere else they have a listed phone number that does not work there has not been any updates on my account I will never do business here again and I suggest that anybody else wanting to sell gift card look elsewhere. And on their website they claim to have 5 stars on Trust Pilot but as you see it's much lower. That alone should steer anyone away. As of 7-26 they still haven't paid me and still are sending generic responses via email. There is no real person to chat with. That's a lie too. These scammers steal your money off your card and ust ignore any email or request for a human for during "live" chat because there isn't a human. I believe they're from India running a scam operation. Report Report Report!!!!!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. They drain the value of your gift card and never give you the quoted payout. I’ve contacted them directly for three days and they kept saying the verification of gift card funds was under review however when I checked the balance of the card it was $0.00. On their website they show a trust pilot rating of five stars. I blame myself in part for not vetting the company. I was naive and thought it was legit. Do not do business with this company.

I submitted 5 Gift Cards totaling $431.00 on July 9th and I am getting no responses.My family is in a very difficult financial situation and we really need the money to buy groceries and the reason I turned to this website to sell our gift cards. I submitted a $100 Lululemon gift card to GC Primo on June 27, 2026 and selected PayPal as my payout method. I received a reference number, but never received a confirmation email. Since submitting the card, its balance has been reduced to $0, yet I have not received payment. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times but have not received a response. I hope GC Primo resolves this issue by processing my payment. If they do, I will gladly update this review to reflect a positive outcome. Reference Number: PRIMO-68A22E-D1ED

This is my 3rd review on this website and come to find out there site doesn’t exist anymore it says App not found. So that proves it was definitely a scam. Incredible $485 I sent them. This is not right at all. Incredible 20 days now and still no pay out just the run around by Justin Cooper claiming to be a real person when it’s just an Ai. Told me the most to wait was 7-10 business days we are now beyond that point. My patience is running out and I’m really starting to believe that the reviews saying the received payout are actually Ai responses. No offense but there are way too many of us on here complaining about the same thing and all this Ai has to say is there system was shutdown and they are fixing it and processing payments when all payments have been in processing mode and never moved. Again after like 20 emails where is my payout? I would not recommend GCPrimo based on my experience. I submitted my Apple gift card, and the balance was taken, but I have not received any payout. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting an update and have received no response. I also tried calling the phone number listed for customer service, but it does not appear to work. At this point, I have no communication, no payment, and no way to get assistance. Because of that, I feel like I may have been scammed. If there is a legitimate explanation, I would appreciate someone from GCPrimo contacting me and resolving this issue as soon as possible. Originally was advertised as 8 hours or less for a payout, it’s been over 10 days and still says being reviewed even though they already took the balance from my gift card, I should have checked the reviews first! PRIMO-7ABBA2-E079

I too was stupid enough to give this company my gift card and have now waited 2 days and 4 hours with no communication via their website nor communication via email. It is not fair to take the balance of my gift card immediately then leave me hanging. You’re welcome to go check my status as proof of non payment: PRIMO-6E7B95-B1D2 I need my money or funds reversed back to my card: this is ridiculous! Edit: they indeed did pay after 3 days. The lack of communication was still concerning—particularly the fact that the phone number was out of service and the address on the website went to a law office in Atlanta.
