Customer service was very helpful, I was in between sizes and Tanya guided me through and ensured that I purchased the right size and it was spot on! Nice quality as well, fine details and I love the matte jersey material, back again for more items soon :)

Needed a dress fast, so I ordered three items hoping one would work. And one did, I really like it. However, I have attempted to contact the company three times through three different methods and I cannot get anyone to get back to me regarding how to return the two items I don't like. Not good customer service at all. If you think you may return, I don't recommend this site.

Quality is great, fast shipping Good Maxi Dress styles and color selection

Easy ordering, no problems, great styles

The good- the Theresa outfit I ordered in Navy Blue was perfect. Loved the fit, style and fabric. I was extremely happy with it. The bad- the system glitched and it ordered two outfits and I paid twice (rush delivery - $17 per outfit). The ugly- not only are they not refunding me the shipping on the extra outfit (policy) I had to pay an additional $8 to return the one that they sent. When I complained about the shipping they said they would not refund the shipping but did offer at 15% discount on my next order. They could of least covered the return shipping costs. I won't order from them again for fear the system may double bill me again.

Great shop! Frequent shopper and love the style, material, and fast shipping.

Dresses were not cut well and was like a potato sack. When I called the number listed for returns, the USA looking number is forwarded to China and recording comes on repeatedly in Chinese and I don't understand and then it disconnects. The package has no return information included.

Thanks for the great dress!
