Excellent service ... I had the fortune to get boosted the same day I payed. The only thing I could say they need to be carefull with is not the get stress if the carried messed up ... remember that we are paying for this for some reason .. you can't expect for carried players to react as a pro. one XD .... but at the end was clean, fast and professional. to the flamers here in the ratings: you can't always be carried! the coaches did a good job and there were also tips for training, especially how and when to use things. Site is clear and the little support chat is good too. 1 star deduction, one coach (3s) could be a little nicer, the other was really ok. So, this is my experience with the guys: When I booked first, at about 2am, i got a refund like 30 min later. i thought something went wrong, so i booked again and went to bed. when i woke up, i got a refund again, but there were 14 euros missing. so i was kinda discuraged. guy then messaged me on skype that the service was not available so they had to refund me - no words of my missing money tho. Then i got asked about my online hours and they put me in a groupchat with the players. The players a REALLY, REALLY good. They really know what to do. I also could ask them questions during the sessions and learned a lot in that time.They were talking russian when they talked off-topic, but that wasnt an issue. We also peaked at 2650cr. Never thought i would be able to get this high on the ladder. I booked 6 hours play with R1 players NO EXPRESS and got from 2.2cr to my 50 gladiator wins in about 5 hours. you play multiple sessions of about 1-2 hours. sometimes you dont play for 2 days, i guess its cause the season was ending soon and multiple people booked them. So dont think you book and get your 6 hour session instant :) The only negative thing, besides my missing refund, was communicating when you get your sessions. The guys message you when youre next to play. Im aware that its hard to really create a fixed schedule for when its your turn, but it would be nice if they tell you "we dont plan to play with you the next 2 days". Thats really the only negative thing i have to say :) im happy with my dragon now and can recommend this fully
