GBRS GroupReviews of gbrsgroup.com

Racism in my opinion is alive and well. I would urge anyone who is not anglo-saxon to do your due diligence and do in dept background search. .. A company also represents the people they employ.

What a terrible company, cheap made products that you could get cheaper on Amazon throwing the word veteran around like the cheap products they sell. You should be ashamed to call yourself an American

I purchased an OW left-handed holster on May 1st, expecting a high-quality, reliable product based on the reviews. Unfortunately, what I received was a cheaply made holster that feels nothing like what was advertised. It’s made from low-grade plastic and fails to secure the weapon properly — making it both unsafe and completely unfit for purpose, especially during deployment. I contacted the company over three weeks ago and only received one brief response promising a follow-up email within two days. It’s now been over a week since that promise, and I’ve heard nothing since. The lack of customer service and accountability is extremely disappointing. I've now had to contact my bank to request a refund. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if you need a dependable product or expect any form of customer support.

Horrible company ran by a horrible human being. I am a special operations veteran who ordered a holster from these clowns. Mailed the holster back because it didn't fit the most common handgun in the world with an extended mag release. Now they refuse to give me a refund or send me another holster back I've emailed several times and they have not replied once. This is a scumbag company that rips off veterans that sells junk. Thanks for ripping off a disabled veteran we're supposed to be on the same side you guys are scumbags.

Lies, lies, lies..! They will do and say anything to avoid accountability. Not at all happy with how they handle relationships. You need to do better!!!

Edit: My review was now flagged for a 3rd time by this business. If a company doesn't like getting critical reviews, how about admit your mistakes instead of doubling down. I was wondering why they have all commenting turned off on their social media. Companies only do this if they've done something wrong. In my experience, this company is extremely racist and fired an innocent guy after getting him arrested for no reason. Thanks for telling on yourself. My veteran grandfathers are rolling in their graves on this Memorial day over the injustice done to an innocent American citizen. EDIT: Trustpilot's integrity and safety team reached out to me to let me know that GBRS Group flagged my review for hate speech! TrustPilot told me there was nothing in my review that breached guidelines and that my review will not be going anywhere. How embarrassing for them.
