We contacted Gator to get a quote on a metal roof. "Brad" came out and began the process by extolling the virtues of Gator. After 15 minutes, I asked, "So, roughly how much will this cost?" That's when Brad started talking about a "5% to 25% discount IF we allow a yard sign and leave a review"... Sure, I said - I would do that anyway. Then he said, "So, if that sounds good to you, I can give you a quote, but you'll have to sign the contract today". Today? Really? Isn't there a "30 day guarantee" on the quoted price? "No", he said. "If I offer a discount, you have to sign this evening." Scam. Avoid at all costs. Never did get an estimate. Called the company to complain and they said we weren't the first one to have an issue with Brad. I guess we'll look elsewhere now.

This company is a scam regarding warranties. We suffered extreme water damage from a leaking roof vent pipe seal to the tune of a couple thousand dollars. They refused to fix the problem, would never return calls, and generally ignored our requests for a fixing of the problem. Do not use this company.

Our experience has been a home-owners NIGHTMARE. One of the metal sleeves (pipes) on the roof cracked and was missing a top when we'd had the roof for less than two years. We incurred thousands of dollars of damage to our property as our home was flooded with rainwater. Gator Metal Roofing put some caulk on the defective piece, which will only last a little while and crack again. We asked them to give us a proper sleeve and top to replace the defective one, and address some portion of the financial damage. They have stonewalled us for months with absolutely no response at all. As two senior citizens living on disability, these costs have been a terrible hardship and placed us in debt. We profoundly regret having worked with this company.
