Great experience overall. I’ve now used these guys twice and have received 100 million in GTA dollars. In my experience, just be patient with them. It took about a week or so each time to complete. Hal is very responsive. My only feedback would be to not give a 24 hour quote. Each time it was given the first day but like I stated the money was received in about a weeks time.

Thought this was a scam but no there was many delays but only because the holiday now he is fully working and I ordered 50 million he gives me 54 million totally worth it

I’ll be honest, Hal is the only reason I’m giving it a 2 stars. I paid for 2 PC self services for GTA one week ago on New Year’s Day and got a reply the next day asking for my information. A few days go by, I hear nothing. I contact gator, he tells me that he will look into this and then told me it would be completed today (01/05). Two days go by, someone contacts me through email (after I send 3 obviously) and tells me it be done this evening. No response. I don’t understand why they have such few people working with this big of a client base. Also, it would be helpful to be given a REAL time estimate of when our orders will be finished without misleading and getting hopes up. Will change score once I am giving what was paid for. EDIT as of 01/08/2020 Everything completed! Just be patient! Hal is a great guy and will be sure to get your stuff done. Just keep in touch through email. Thanks guys, will be a recurring customer!

ALL OF THIS IS WORTH READING! It may be a lot to read, but it is worth it if it saves your money and time. This is a detailed description made in order to explain my AWFUL experience purchasing from this site. This is BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had with ANY site. While reading my comment, keep in mind that their site says "guaranteed 30 minute delivery". I made a $40 purchase 6 months ago. They were sending me Emails, and telling me what I needed to do in order for them to deliver the item. I was then contacted by someone saying they worked with Gatorcheats, and that they needed me to send a transaction through PayPal. I sent the money, and after that, lights out. They didn't say anything at all. I wrote a 1 star review on them trying to persuade anyone from making the same mistake I did by purchasing from them. Then, in November, 4 months after my purchase, I was contacted by the owner of Gatorcheats.com, and he said that he didn't know how this mixup happened, and that he will get it handled "today". I responded in an extremely generous manner, especially when considering how long I have waited. I told them that as long as we got this fixed, everything would be okay. He responded asking for information in order to deliver my item, and I gave him all of the information needed. He then asked me to delete the 1 star review that I made, which I personally thought was weird, but I did it anyways. All of this took 1 day. I then asked him if he thought it could be finished by today, no response, so I gave it a full day. After noticing that he hasn't responded, I sent him "?" the next day, just to make sure he was still working on it. Nothing for the next day, so I told him that this was completely inexcusable, and that I would put up another bad review if he didn't contact me soon. Three days pass, and he FINALLY responds. He said that he was very sorry, and that he understands my frustration. He said that he was getting it fixed "now". He then came up with an excuse saying that they've switched to a process that takes longer, because there is a 0% ban chance with it. I responded being EXTREMELY generous considering the situation. He said that this may take a while, so he will give me his MW cheat while they're working on delivering my order. I don't even know what an MW cheat is (Googled it, and didn't find anything on it), and I didn't notice any difference when I logged into GTA. I said that's fine as long as I get everything in my $40 purchase in the end, and he responded saying that I would. I waited 4 more days with no contact, then asked when he thinks it will be done. I waited 5 more days, and sent "?" again. I waited another 5 days, and said that this was my worst experience with any purchase from any site, and other things out of frustration. It took another 5 days for him to say that, if this was your worst experience with any purchase from any site, the only way to fix that is to not make it a purchase. He said he would refund my money, and still send me my items that I purchased to make up for everything. I gave him my information again, and he said he was on it (meaning he was working on it). 18 days later, he hasn't delivered my items, he hasn't refunded my money, and he hasn't contacted me. I've waited 6 months, just for Gatorcheats to tell me multiple times that they would "fix it today", yet never send me my items or refund my money. I never thought a failed purchase could be this bad. I STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

Purchased on November 19. Order - 18813 Been waiting forever, if people are interested in buying from these guys, expect NO customer service at all and a long wait. They ARE legit, I know this because I’ve purchased and account from them in the past. It’s a shame they you have to wait so long and be ignored to.

We placed a $400 order on 12/22 and still no response from our emails and texts- We would like our $$$ back that we sent through PayPal. This is a total scam- buyer beware! Shame on me for trusting this and letting my son down- awful customer service!!!!!!!!!!
