If\nI could, I would rate minus a million, definitely 0.They negotiated nothing, I paid $11000 and they paid one credit card for $1800. All the rest was fees, feeding the Fidelity lawyers and not paying my bills. I was being sued, they never even tried to negotiate another bill. One credit card out of approximately 10 or 11. Are you kidding me that $oneone000 could have paid the credit cards off. I'm It's\n Amazing How accompany can take advantage of someone who's been eating at food banks because she lost her job and take advantage and take her money. Just, it really amazes me, don't anyone anyone hire these people because you will be so sorry as I am and then I tried to get people to help me and nobody will nobody will help me. They kept $240 a month out of my 640 or maybe it was 280I don't really know, but I'm just putting this out as a fair warning, don't anybody trust them.I should have known better because they knew I was in a bad way.The only reason I used them was because the credit cards wouldn't stop calling me but I can have any money.So yeah , they raked me over the coals. Don't let this happen to you
