Awful customer service, they refuse to help or offer replacement for a unit that just stops working and will waste hours of your time with incorrect information and ask you to send useless photos (like the end of your hose for example when you expressed that it was functional for two months with the exact same hose and nothing had changed) they also told me to take the screen out that was never clogged and now it and the gasket will not go back in, AT ALL! Somehow the gasket is too big tried with tweezers for hours and it just folds in at a certain point dragging the tiny piece of screen with it. And they don't offer a screw in filter for many models so once you take that out you're screwed. We will see if I can locate a screen to replace it with and bend myself from the hose end so I can filter the well water and I did get it running Somehow thank God, all I did was back flush, so I don't understand how it could have faulted in such a short time period, cost me months without a shower and now that the season's out I finally got it working. Oh and if that didn't work, their next step is to tell you to take it apart, as if all of us know what we are doing on that regard.

Scammer alert! They take your money and give you no customer communication. No updates. No tracking. Buy Camplux on Amazon if you must have their products but do not buy direct from Camplux / Gasland Chef.

Worst customer service, don’t even think about buying this Chinese chiinaaaah, rubbish, crap appliances and matching customer support. Non speaking just useless ai rubbish. Don’t do it pay a few extra bucks get it from a reputable supplier.

First they sent me a broken cook top. Then after many emails they replaced the broken cooktop. That cooktop had 3 burners out of 4 not working. Piece of shit with the worse after sale service ever. Even though there is a waranty, they have refused to fix the stove top. So now I have a non functioning stove and am $500 out of pocket for 2 instalations. DO NOT BUY

It's cheap for a reason. There's absolutely no customer service. Warranty becomes a joke when no one replies to your emails. Product quality is really poor. Do yourself a favour and spend and couple hundred and buy from a reputed brand.

Purchased a tankless water heater in May of 2025 and it has never worked properly. It will not heat the water. I have been on the phone on and off with Gasland since then, getting the runaround. I honestly don't think anybody talks to each other at that company. The technician on the phone has me do certain experiments to see what the problem might be, then tells me to send an email with an attached video of me attaching the hose to the outlet which I was told to do, to the support people who then send me a snippy email saying that the hose should be on the outlet. Duh! No kidding, as I explain to the person that's what I was told to do. Like I said they don't talk to each other's technicians don't leave notes for the support people to read the support people don't forward things to the warranty like they were supposed to the warranty people don't reach out to you and when I talk to the next person on the phone they act like they've never heard of me. Absolutely worthless company, even if their products are absolutely amazing, which I doubt at this time, their customer service 100% sucks. Do not buy from this company until they do something to improve their customer service and put changes in place to where these people talk to each other.

This website is a complete fraud. We ordered a gas stove and filled in the address to Sweden, 100% correct. The money was withdrawn from my account and the package was intentionally shipped to Denmark. Naturally, DHL sent it in return since it was the wrong country, without us even seeing a delivery. Customer service has not responded on any of our emails or refunded the money.
