Avoid Avoid Avoid. Deposited money and wagered what I was supposed to do and won, tried on several occasions to withdraw my winnings with all the information they wanted for the payout to happen. Constantly rejected saying the same thing after the 8th attempt I've given up trying, absolutely waste of time and money don't use them SCAM SCAM SCAM NEVER PAY OUT.

If I could give 0 starts I would !!! Advised as coral Island on Facebook and it's not coral Island , deposited £20.00 had £300 winnings , they have cancelled my withdrawal serval times and asked for id documents which was sent in the format they asked , and then they had the cheek to say id sent wrong bank statement and It was from Lloyds! I do not have a Lloyds account , avoid at all cost.

I have over £16,000 in winnings and I have been trying to withdraw it since the 29th December. They take at least 3 days to decline my withdrawal request each time and each time it is for a spurious reason to do with ID documentation requested and adding more requirements. Do not put money into their accounts because they do not want to give it back

I won 1,304 on big bass splash. They never credited my account. Tried to say I only won 65 quid. However I had taken a photograph of my win because I wanted to show my friends so I will dispute it. But after reading the reviews I don’t think I’ve any chance of getting my winnings.

It's impossible to withdraw any money. Five weeks down the line, I give up. Stay well clear.

Scam!!! Stay away Advertising as another company using the companies logo too. Take your money and refuse to give it back even though taking someones money under false pretences is fraud. Relevant authorities notified

after I joined i was given a bonus, I won 215, I tried to withdraw it they then said I had to use what bonus I had left so they cancelled my withdrawal, I then did what they asked and used bonus and again tried to with draw my winnings they cancelled transaction agai saying I had to wager 3 times my original deposit of 20 this meant I had to deposit another 40 this I did and lost the 40. I then tried to withdraw my winnings again they then told me I had not met required wager and I needed to wager another 34.71. without going any further they still have not paid and live chat is a joke. avoid at all costs
