The process was very easy and came with full instructions on what to do and when. Customer support made contact and answered queries very quickly. They did what they said they would, excellent service. Highly recommended.

Really helpful company, very patient customer service to rectify any problems during installation and activation. I had to do an complete factor reset and they helped me with getting my office 2024 back.

Not an authorised seller of MS products. I purchased Office pro 2024 and after a year it was no longer authorised and had to purchase a new proper licence.

I CONTACTED THEM 3 TIMES OVER A MONTH WITH NOT ONE REPLY - ITS NOT THE MONEY IT WAS CHEAP WHO CARES , THE MAIN REASON I AM RIGHTING THIS BECAUSE THESE STYLE DEALS ARE ALL OVER THE INTERNET, I JUST WANT TO WARN PEOPLE, NOW MAYBE THE NEXT COMPANY MIGHT BE GREAT BUT ITS HARD TO FIND ONE - I NOW HAVE MOVED OVER TO A FREE COMPANY WHICH ISN'T AS GOOD BUT ITS BETTER. Ordered a MS package and on download it stated that the product key was not valid. On looking at the MS support page, they stated to contact for a refund but also warned that unfortunately it could be a scam. I have emailed for a refund and not heard back, and on further research it seems a scam is exactly what it is.

Buyer beware, they say they are going to do something and then do not do it despite numerous reminders. I ordered some software via Groupon and what they sent was not what I ordered and despite Garciaprint and Groupon agreeing they had not supplied what I ordered they have refused to do anything about it. Groupon are also no help as because Garciaprint sent a voucher they consider the order fulfilled. I would strongly suggest you do NOT buy anything from this Garciaprint, they are UNTRUSTWORTHY and UNRELIABLE. I would also question the reviews that are posted here as my experience is the absolute opposite of most of their reviews which makes me think they are probably fake. Also be very aware that credit card transactions with Groupon are not covered by Section 75 or Chargeback as apparently there is no “debtor-creditor- supplier” relationship.
