Poor Durability. Awful Customer Service
I love my cars and a neat garage. Nine years ago I had the floors of my two garages professionally painted and sealed by Garage Experts. For 7-8 years, I loved it, sweeping and mopping regularly to keep them looking beautiful. Then the clear coat wore off and it would no longer clean. Mop the floor and it just looks dirt brown. Try to call the local franchise that installed it. No longer in business. Call the next closest, about 90 miles away. He says send some pictures and my receipts, he'll send to corporate. I do. A month goes by. Nothing. Try him again. Tells me I'll hear from corporate. I find a number for corporate. Call, leave a message. No response. Finally trade emails with Alex at corporate. Send photos and paperwork. I send them again. Hear nothing. I start calling 2-3 times a day and leaving VM. Nothing. I email. Nothing. Call more. Nothing. Finally I call another random person at Garage Experts. She is helpful. She'll make sure Alex gets back to me. Alex calls once and I miss him. I call another 12 times over 4-5 days. No response. Finally he calls (I miss him), and leaves me another number to call. That doesn't work. I call another 10 times or so. Finally I call the helpful person. They tell me I need to send more pictures. I call several more times. By now, 3 months have gone by. Finally Alex sends an email - warranty does not cover the seal coat. Well - my floor only last 7-8 years. Cost me several thousand dollars. It is ruined. No advice about what to do. I never did get to talk to my customer service person, Alex, in spite of calling him about 30 times. He called me back 2 times if I remember right. And at the end of all this, he just emails that the issue I pointed out on day one isn't covered. Probably the worst customer service I have experienced.
