Dislikes: While the remote nature of the internship offered flexibility, it also led to a sense of isolation. Meetings were held without cameras, and participation was often minimal, which made it difficult to connect with colleagues or foster a team environment. Additionally, the absence of group tasks or collaborative projects made the experience feel somewhat solitary. Long hours in front of the computer without much interaction confirmed that a fully remote role without engagement may not be the best fit for my long-term career goals

Liked the global work envoirnment, remote working setup and flexible timings were the best part while no stipend offered was the worst

The main thing which I liked being here was that this company provides a toxic free environment and most importantly it provides great working hours flexibility, but the negative point which this company shares is that it does not provide any kind of pay to it's interns.

Pros: It gives a great platform to freshers to start to learn and get some understand about their related field. Flexible working hours. Cons: Management is not proper great. There are confusions and lack of strategy and process.
