Overall Good Experience.

Reflecting on my time as an hr intern at GAO TEK, I am proud of the progress I've made in my leadership and communication abilities. The collaborative environment helped me refine my public speaking skills and gave me a deep, practical understanding of team management. I am grateful for the mentorship I received, which has provided me with the confidence to pursue new professional opportunities.

My three months at GAO TEK Inc has been educative journey for me. I learnt a lots of things which makes me want to dive into the the HR department more. But there's something concerning about my experience which I am still learning. Despite my commitment, follow-up, I was unable to get to the minimum number of onboarding interns. This is concerning for me which makes it seems there's still a lots I need to be educated and practice about. I'm still o this journey and I hope to get to the top in the future.
